Erlich is a company whose main goal is to kill bugs whenever you call. How is the company run on the inside though? For starters, they don't work a normal 9-5 job. They are given locations where they are told to finish by the end of the day. If they want they can call their customers and schedule the times to their liking. Exterminators go to many different kinds of houses. To old run-down barns where the color of the barn is falling off and the smell of a dead animal to a luxurious mansion covered in gems on the inside.
"My job makes me feel rich and poor at the same time," exclaimed josh as he took a sip of water
"It's a great chance for me to see what it's like to make it to the high class, it helps to fuel my curiosity," he states as he stares at the sky
"Do you feel like you are overworked?" I whispered calmly
His expression changed to one that was far more tense.
"Well, I'm never complaining about not having enough hours unless it's winter." he says in a joking tone
Erlich supplied employees with a truck and all the chemicals they would need to complete any kind of task they would be given throughout the week. They always have access to go to the warehouse where all the chemicals are stored if they need more.
"What is the warehouse-like" I stated,
"It's not a pretty sight, to say the least. The smell in there makes it hard to breathe since you breathe in chemicals that you don't even know the name of. That's why most people in my profession end up having cancer at some point in their life." He said in a disgusted tone
The hard truth about this profession is that the people who work there are seen as disposable since just about anyone can work this job as long as they go through the prerequisites that the company helps them get through. On the bright side, despite this job not requiring prior knowledge, it still pays quite well to compensate. They are paid for time traveled, commission, and by the hour.
